Swansea University Annual Equality Lecture, 4th April

Having met some really interesting academics following receipt of my Honorary Fellowship from Cardiff University, I was asked to address the Annual Equality Lecture at Swansea University.  The lecture was attended by many staff from the University – both academic and administrative, and I was honoured to be welcomed to the event by Professor Hilary Lapin-Scott, Senior Pro-Vice-Chancellor.  Hilary, together with many other female academics that I have the pleasure of meeting over the last 18 months, is an inspirational driving force in the field of higher education.
